About Career Exploration Organization (CEO)
The Career Exploration Organization (CEO) was launched as a business and leadership incubator for students from low to moderate income families. CEO equips students with the tools to transition from education to employment, pairing them with workplace mentors and providing a road map to college, career, and community leadership
The CEO program invests in early intervention and long-term impact—targeting high school to college-aged students—to ensure they not only imagine success but achieve it.

Through the Mahone Foundation, I didn’t just gain access to education I found the strength to believe in what I’m capable of. It showed me that my future is something I can build, not just hope for.
Over the past decade, hundreds of students have participated in CEO, gaining clarity about their career goals, establishing relationships with mentors, and experiencing real-world environments that shape their futures.

Because of the CEO program, I had mentors waiting for me the second I stepped on campus. Those mentors shaped huge parts of my life.
